  • We dispatch immediately when you call. Typical response time in Edmonton is 15–30 minutes depending on traffic and location. Outlying areas (Leduc, Spruce Grove) may take 30–45 minutes. We'll give you an ETA when we dispatch.

  • Yes. Midnight, weekends, holidays—no exceptions. We staff our dispatch team around the clock.

  • Our service area includes Edmonton, Spruce Grove, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, and Leduc. If you're just outside, call and ask—we may have options.

Costs & Pricing

  • Towing isn't cheap because trucks, licenses, training, and 24/7 staffing aren't cheap. That said, our rates ($80–$125 hook-up, $3–$7/mile) are fair for Alberta. We don't nickel-and-dime you.

  • It covers dispatch, arrival, positioning your vehicle on our flatbed, securing it, and towing you to your destination. It's not extra—it's the base towing cost.

  • Towing costs vary by distance, vehicle size, location, and situation. A local tow is cheaper than a 100 km haul. A sedan is lighter than a pickup. A simple breakdown is quicker than a ditch recovery. We quote based on specifics.

  • Yes, +$25–$50 surcharge between 8 PM and 6 AM. Nights cost more because dispatch, staffing, and roadside work in the dark are harder.

  • Standard rates apply, but +$50–$100 surcharge on weekends and statutory holidays.

Insurance & Payment

  • Yes. Most major Alberta insurers (Intact, Desjardins, CAA, Ecclesiastical, provincial insurers, etc.) bill directly with us. File your claim, give us your claim number, and we bill them.

  • Many comprehensive and some liability policies include a towing rider. Check your policy or call your insurer. If you have coverage, you typically only pay a deductible (if any). If not, you pay us directly.

  • You pay us directly. We accept cash, debit, credit card, and e-transfer. No insurance? No problem—just bring a valid payment method.

  • Contact your insurance company, provide your policy number, and our claim number (we'll give it to you). Most insurers process roadside towing claims within 5–10 business days.

Winter & Emergency Situations

  • Absolutely. Winter is peak season for us. We're equipped for ice, snow, and -40°C nights. In fact, winter breakdowns are common in Alberta, and we're ready.

  • Call 911 if you're in immediate danger (e.g., disabled on a busy roadway at night). Once you're safe, call us for towing. If police attend, they may call us. Either way, we'll get you.

  • We have winch-equipped trucks for ditch pulls. Cost is $100–$250 base rate + $75–$150/hour labor depending on the situation. We assess on-site and quote before proceeding.

  • Yes. We have experience towing vehicles in any condition (locked, engine off, damaged). We'll secure it properly and tow it safely.

Breakdown & Roadside Help

  • Yes. Jump start: $50–$100, no tow needed. If the jump doesn't work or your battery's dead, we'll tow you.

  • Yes. Lockout service: $50–$100. We have the tools and experience to get you back in without damage.

  • We can repair or replace it on-site (tire repair $50–$120 depending on the damage). If you need a new tire, we'll fit your spare or tow you to a shop that has your size.

  • Yes. Fuel delivery: $50–$90 + the cost of fuel. We bring a couple of gallons to get you to a station. For winter emergency, this beats walking.

Impound & Storage

  • Police or bylaw may impound your vehicle. We work with the authorities. Once released to you, we can tow it wherever needed. Impound tow: $150–$250.

  • Yes. We operate a secure storage facility. Daily rate: $30–$75 depending on vehicle size. Long-term rates available—ask.

  • After-hours retrieval (outside 8 AM–6 PM weekdays) includes a $50–$100 surcharge. Call us to arrange.

General Questions

  • Yes. We have flatbed, wrecker, and heavy-duty rigs. Rates adjust for larger vehicles, but we handle it.

  • Yes. Rate is $3–$7 per loaded mile. We've towed vehicles across Alberta. Just ask for an estimate.

  • Our drivers are trained in proper securing and towing. We use approved flatbed, wheel-lift, and wrecker techniques. We treat your car as if it were ours.

  • We complete jobs as quoted. If we quote a price and it changes due to unforeseen circumstances (deeper ditch, hidden damage), we call you first. If you disagree, we stop and discuss. No surprises.
